RETURN POLICY

At Wu Leung Lee (Man-Yick) Jewellery Co, we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality of merchandise. If you are not absolutely delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 180 days. Tag must still be attached. Once the product is received, you will receive a refund in the form of original payment within 7 business days, or the option of an exchange.

1- REQUEST A RETURN
Please email us at service@bloomnfe.com with a request to return/ exchange your purchase.

2- PACKING
Safely pack the items you wish to return and include the invoice. If you no longer have the original packaging please follow USPS, UPS or FedEx guidelines and package your items appropriately.

3- COURIER
Affix the printed label on to the package and seal it. Make sure to cover or block out any previous shipping labels. Drop off at the nearest USPS, UPS or FedEx ground location.

4-EXCHANGE CREDIT OR REFUND
Once we receive your package we will email you to confirm its arrival. Full priced items qualify for an exchange,store credit,or a full refund issued within 7 days of receiving the product. All items purchased on sale or during a sale qualify for exchange or store credit, unless noted as final sale.

Within 7 days, if the consumer cancels the order earlier than the delivery time and within the time limit specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
